For example, the company searches for investments that can return to the investor a profit rate of minimum 10 % in 1 year.

FARMLAND Strategy

The deal that we are proposing to petential investors is buy and lease back. For example on a 10 investment strategy:

1. 10 million invested - generate a 3% up to 4% return back from lease = 3-4 million income
2. the price of farmland will increasee at least 65 % in the next 10 years and for a future sale = 16,5 million for 10 million invested.
3. The final balance will be 19,5 - 20,5 million income for 10 million invested.
